White Plains Baptist Church is an independent Baptist Church that believes, preaches, and practices what the first century Christians believed, preached, and practiced. Established in the 1870's, White Plains has ministered to the citizens of Jackson County for more than 130 years. In these times when many churches have given in to the pressures of modernism and liberalism, we have held to the traditional style of worship and continue to preach the Word of God as it is to people as they are. Under the direction of and by the divine enabling of our Lord it is our objective to : 2) Expound the Scriptures 3) Evangelize the Seekers 4) Educate the Saints 5) Equip the Servants
